About Nick

Nick Uricchio is a lifelong James Island and Folly Beach resident and a proud graduate of James Island High School. He earned his undergraduate degree from Coastal Carolina University and his law degree from Charleston School of Law. A third-generation attorney, Nick follows in the footsteps of his grandfather, the late Paul “Pope” Nicholas Uricchio Jr., and his father, the late Michael A. Uricchio Sr.

In 2019, Nick joined the Ninth Circuit Solicitor’s Office in Charleston County as an Assistant Solicitor, where he worked to hold violent offenders accountable and help keep our community safe. In May 2023, he joined Query, Sautter & Uricchio, LLC, focusing on helping everyday people navigate difficult legal situations.

Nick is a devoted dog owner, music lover, and fan of stand-up comedy and NASCAR. He and his wife, Morgan, live on James Island and are proud, active members of the community.
